Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.

Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling distinct areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
